Few people have the imagination for reality. --Goetheno onein the solitude, once it dissolves into softness and not torment, there is a vast amount of space through which I can see where I am. having seen it, I can maintain it through effort. without being witness to it, all efforts are for naught. mantras, mudras and kala yuga (oh my!) I was given the idea that the very things which haunt, torment, and abase us are simply helping to cover up a supreme source of goodness; something within that is linked to our fullest expression but must be realized by softening in our battle with doubt and shame. And the battle can be over. There is no battle, Arjuna, and that Rasa will be nothing that you expect it to be and more. nothingWhen you're with everyone but me, you're with no one. When you're with no one but me, you're with everyone. Instead of being so bound up with everyone, be everyone. When you become that many, you're nothing. Empty. ~ Rumi ~ cycles squash a circle and it becomes an elliptical shape movement is then through extension, elongation and a couple focused, contracted motions rather than swooping curves of infinity it will reduce dizziness, remind us of gravity and maybe over time even that will become the shape of ... some Italian expressions shared with me by a piano student of mine....saved here simply because I love the language.
