in the solitude, once it dissolves into softness and not torment, there is a vast amount of space through which I can see where I am.

having seen it, I can maintain it through effort. without being witness to it, all efforts are for naught.

I was given the idea that the very things which haunt, torment, and abase us are simply helping to cover up a supreme source of goodness; something within that is linked to our fullest expression but must be realized by softening in our battle with doubt and shame. And the battle can be over. There is no battle, Arjuna, and that Rasa will be nothing that you expect it to be and more.
